Position – Shift Leader: 20 - 30 hrs p/w
Founded in 2013, Dairee Frozen Yogurt is a family-owned business with a strong focus on customer service and an innovative product range, helping to build a cult following.
We are currently seeking a Shift Leader with exceptional customer service skills, operational excellence and great work ethic. Applicants will ideally have previous experience working in a fast paced food/retail environment, showing strong leadership skills and have an eye for detail. Knowledge of our product range is an advantage, but not essential.
The Shift Leader will report to, and work closely with, the Owners to ensure all our high standards are met.
The work hours will be flexible to meet the needs of the business, including late night, weekend and Public Holiday work.
Shift Leader Responsibilities:

Managing the store and staff during a shift

Providing and ensuring great Customer Service and Experience

Hygiene and food safety

General and proactive cleaning duties

Cash Management

Organising stock and Stocktaking

Position – Casual Team Member

We are currently seeking a Casual Team Member with an outgoing personality, great customer service skills, great work ethic and a positive attitude. Previous experience working in a fast paced food/retail environment is an advantage, but not essential.
The work hours will be flexible to meet the needs of the business, including late night, weekend and Public Holiday work.
